He pioneered the integration of space capabilities into the utilities sector, securing ICEYE's first utility contract with Severn Trent, one of the UK's leading water and wastewater companies.

Franck works with the ICEYE SAR constellation to deliver situational awareness solutions, enabling utility operators to protect critical assets and enhance resilience across infrastructure environments.
